• Account details. Your email address and a user identifier from the sign-in method you choose: Google, a one-time email code, or a website account.
• Content you send for processing. Text you select, prompts you write, the page or PDF you ask about, screenshots you request, images you edit, audio you record for transcription, and Google search queries when search answer cards are switched on.
• Plan and usage records. Your plan, credit balances, and a log of feature use (feature, credits used, time) so credits and billing work.
• Payment records. If you subscribe, our payment provider handles your card. We receive your email, plan, and subscription status, never your card number.
• Settings. Preferences such as your default model, language and highlight colors, kept in your browser's extension storage.

We do not collect your browsing history. The extension runs on the pages you visit so it can work in any text box, but it sends page content only when you start a request, with one exception you control: search answer cards send your Google search query when that feature is on. You can set it to wait for a click, or switch it off, in settings.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train AI models.

• to produce the result you asked for, and return it to you
• to run your account, plan, credits and billing
• to prevent abuse and keep the service secure
• to email you sign-in codes and essential account notices

Requests pass through our service on Cloudflare (Workers, AI Gateway and Workers AI), which forwards them to the model provider for the model you picked. Depending on your choice that may be OpenRouter and the model makers it routes to (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, DeepSeek and Z.ai), or another hosted inference provider. Clerk runs website sign-in, Polar runs payments, and Resend delivers sign-in codes. Each receives only what it needs for its part.

Content you send for processing is not stored by us after the response is returned, apart from short-lived caching in Cloudflare AI Gateway used to speed up repeated requests. Account, plan and usage records are kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we must keep billing records by law.

• switch off any surface (floating bubble, image tools, search cards, video panels, link previews) in the extension settings
• sign out, or remove the extension, at any time
• ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by writing to support@vikyai.xyz

The use of information received from Google APIs and from the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use it only to provide and improve the features you use, never transfer it except as described above, and never use it for advertising or credit decisions.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Provider keys stay on our servers and never ship in the extension. Sign-in tokens are verified on every request.

Viky AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
